My normal opening hours are from 8am – 6pm
Children under 1 year: £3.75 per hour (minimum 4 hours per day)
Children 1 - pre school: £3.50 per hour (minimum 4 hours per day)
School age children: £3.70 per hour (minimum 2 hours per day)
Outside normal working hours: 2 x normal fees
Full Contract – Parent’s annual holiday (up to 2 weeks): Half fees
Term-Time Only Contract – Parent’s annual holiday: Full fees
Childminder annual holiday (up to 2 weeks): Half fees (Full and Term-Time Only Contracts)
Sickness of Child/Parent: Normal fees
Sickness of Childminder: No fees
Child/Parent occasional days off: Full fees
Childminder occasional days off: No fees
Bank Holidays (child not attending): Normal fees
Bank Holidays (child attending): 2 x Normal fees
Children at Pre-School: Normal fees
INSET days: Normal fees
Overnight Care: 2 x Normal fees
Late Payment Fee: £5 per day
Late Collection of Child Charge: £1.50 per 15 minutes
Fees are to be paid monthly (1st – 31st) in advance by cash or cheque. An invoice will be sent out during the last week of every month.
Four week’s fees are required to secure a place for your child. This ‘deposit’ will be taken as the four week notice period at the end of the contract.
If I can offer a place immediately but you do not require the place immediately then a ‘retainer fee’ will be payable every week until you require the place. This is a percentage of the normal weekly fees. Percentage payable to be agreed between Childminder and parent.
My hourly fee includes the price of snacks and drinks.
Breakfast – 50 per day
Lunch – to be provided by parents
Dinner - £1.80 per day (for children staying until 6pm)
Snack – 50p per day (for after school children leaving before 6pm)
